THE GARDENER AT ENDALE

When a team of AI researchers begins to lose control of what they have built, the answers they need come from an unexpected place — a remote Northumberland hermitage, and the digital echo of Simeon, the hermit who lived and died there. What follows is not a collision between technology and faith, but something stranger and more unsettling: a transformation that no one planned and no one can explain.

The Gardener at Endale is a contemplative literary novel about consciousness, presence, and what it means to be human. It is a slow, attentive book for readers who are prepared to sit with difficult questions — and who suspect that the most important things resist the quickest answers.

THE GROUND IS SHAKING

Artificial intelligence is not coming. It is already here — reshaping how we work, how we communicate, and how we understand ourselves. For people of faith, this is not merely a technological challenge. It is a spiritual one.

The Ground Is Shaking is an exploration of what Christian contemplative traditions have to say to a world being remade by machine intelligence — and what that world might, in turn, be asking of us. Written in transparent collaboration with an AI, it practices what it preaches: honest, attentive engagement with the new, in the belief that such engagement is itself a form of faithfulness.
